Making choices isn’t always easy, but we still need to own the choices we make.
Thinking about these kinds of things is part of the plan to move you towards eating low carb keto. In 14 days we will take 7 affirmative actions that make it possible and prepare you to give low carb a go! We will also have 7 mindset moments to focus on how we think about preparing for low carb keto eating. Get our mind engaged with our desire to eat low carb keto is super important.

About how bad choices led me here and how you should own your choices and make them serve you, even if it was bad choices that were a catalyst for change. What I forgot to mention in the video is something I really believe in, being that any choice is better than no choice. More on that after the video.
MAKE A DECISION – BELIEVE THIS – IT’S YOUR LIFE, YOUR CHOICE
I firmly believe that making a choice, and by default, a decision is way better than not. A choice is action, a choice moves you forward, a decision is in itself is an act of momentum. Mostly forward, in a good way, we always hope. Finding a pathway and making everyday choices that propel you along your positive chosen pathway is an intrinsically great thing.
If you want to know what helps us to make good choices then read this, seven ways to make good choices. Also, know that making a choice doesn’t mean it has to be the perfect choice. Don’t wait for the perfect choice, it’s an illusion, like the perfect relationship, the stuff of fairy tales and Hollywood fantasy. Life is dirty, messy and complicated, so just make your choice and move on.
Most of all own your choices so that you can face the reality of the outcome. Make choices that serve you and even make a choice to ditch the choices/people/habits that don’t support the ‘you’ you are wanting to be. That’s a good choice right there.
