KETO | Day 4 – Self Worth | You are Worth it

Welcome to day four where we are going to talk about self worth. This is part of our plan to move you towards eating low carb keto and our second mindset moment. In 14 days we will take 7 actions that make it possible and prepare you to give low carb a go! We will also have 7 mindset moments to focus on how we think about preparing for low carb keto eating.

It’s time to remember you are worth the investment in time, energy, effort and commitment to find an improved pathway thru the rest of your life. Life is busy, things happen, sometimes even a simple action is impossible in amongst the hurry hurry of the day. So the mindset moment days are also catch up days for the action I’m suggesting you do. See not hard, not onerous, but achievable.
