Welcome to day two of our plan to move you towards eating low carb keto and our first mindset moment. In 14 days we will take 7 actions that make this possible and prepare you to give low carb a go! Did you know that eating low carb is good for your brain too? Well, it absolutely is! Here’s the science if you want it. Brain fog will lift and with it, clarity will increase. Life is busy, things happen, sometimes even a simple action is impossible in amongst the hurry hurry of the day. So the mindset moment days are also catch up days for the action I’m suggesting you do. See not hard, not onerous, but achievable.
