Now that you have a keto grocery guide have a good read. Maybe there are some surprises, maybe some things you eat now. One thing in common is carb count. It’s low, carbs are lower in these foods than others. Stick with these foods to keep yourself on a low carb keto pathway.

In seven easy, actionable steps over 14 days we are going to get you ready to kick off a low cab keto eating style. Day 2 is a mindset moment. We want to prep that big, beautiful brain into being your greatest support mechanism. So every second day is a mindset moment.
This is done on purpose to allow you a catch up day after each action day. Life is busy, things happen, sometimes even a simple action is impossible in amongst the hurry hurry of the day. So the mindset moment days are also catch up days for the action I’m suggesting you do. See not hard, not onerous, but achievable.
