ACTION PLAN TO PREPARE FOR LOW CARB KETO EATING

A bit excited to bring you my first ever action plan to prepare for low carb keto eating. 14 days and 7 actions to bring you to a great place of preparedness to get on with it!

INTRODUCTION PART B – MY ROUTINE

The introduction, part A is back here. This is part B, my routine. The next instalment is DAY ONE!! In seven easy, actionable steps over 14 days we are going to get you ready to kick off a low cab keto eating style.

As an added bonus here is a short video sharing my daily routine. Although not one of the 7 action steps I figured it might help some of you to have a real life example of what eating low carb looks like. How uncomplicated and basic it can be. Basic is a hallmark of me. I like uncomplicated, I like easy. I’m a lazy cook, a relaxed housekeeper and an easy as she goes mother, mostly. So stands to reason I like a simple routine. I have found mine, combining low carb keto with intermittent fasting. All explained in the video.

There are lots of handy guides already here on the blog, but this action plan to prepare for low carb keto pulls them all together in a logical step by step sequence. Think of it a bit like getting ready for Christmas, do some planning in November and then it all comes together on December 25. A little bit of preparation goes a long way to bolstering your likely success.
