Yes, fruits are, in general high in carbs, because you know, the sugars. Natures candy and all. Yet there are some stars in the fruit world that fit right into keto eating. Lets start with the three all stars shall we … berries. Specifically strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. EAT THEM.
