I started day one back here, if you want a catch up. I did the whole 30 days and really enjoyed most of it. The program got progressively more difficult, so by about day 20 I was modifying like crazy.
Yet, I stuck with it and learnt some new stuff. I had no trouble with motivation as Rebecca-Louise is such a chatterbox I think she could get the dead doing an abs workout. The video covers my results, which were positive. I am now planning a month long assault on free weights, the 1kg and 3kg variety, to get some toning happening. Wish me luck, Le xox
