Hello my lovelies. To coincide with the launch of Keto Queens Unite, our Facebook group that explores all things keto and intermittent fasting, I am happy to share two wee basic keto centric guides I have just finished.
When I first explored keto I was overwhelmed with information and opinion. I was getting myself a tad confused. So I’ve gone back over my copious amount of notes and am refining them down to single page ‘cheat sheets’ if you will. Here are my first two efforts.
