Hello my lovelies. Well I am happy to say I have finished a handy little keto – centric guide to grocery shopping. This is something I felt I needed as after about five months of researching, eating and shopping keto, I was getting myself a tad confused. So I went back over my copious amount of notes and refined it down to a handy multi page guide. I now have this saved to my iPhone and no more shopping blunders are my reward. Covering seafood, meat, pantry, fruit, veg, drinks, dairy, oils, sweeteners, nuts, supplements and more, it’s a wee reminder on how to stick to the keto track.

I am into my third month of fairly decent and consistent keto style eating and I am just going from strength to strength. Today, I made ham and cheese scrolls with a keto friendly dough and the scrolls were delish! I will sort another batch and do a step by step as the dough is super easy and I think I can make cinnamon scrolls with it … yummo!
