Farewell to Fat | Health Issues

Hello there. Thanks for the positive messages about my Farewell to Fat Part 1, The Numbers Go Up. If you missed that, it’s right here. So Part 1 was all about the gain, just the ugly numbers. Before I do Part 2, The Numbers Go Down, I want to highlight some of the health issues that came to light during the weight gain period.

Now I’m not talking peri-menopausal stuff, I will talk about that in Part 3. No, I mean three specific contributing factors that I talk about in the video below, that added to the puzzle of being fat, feeling fatigued, frumpy and grumpy.

As always, just a gentle reminder that this is my pathway, and it may not be yours. Shared with love, kindness and zero judgement. Big squeeze, Le xox

  1. […] Now, REMINDER, not a medical professional. Not a doctor, not a nurse, not a dietician. Just a woman over 50 who has been there, done that and is now making the best of herself and her days, after many years of not making the best of me. I think my body just got itself into a big mess. A hormonal mess, fat mess, hot mess, tired mess, just plain messed up 24/7. You can read about my health issues here. […]
