Hello there. Thanks for the positive messages about my Farewell to Fat Part 1, The Numbers Go Up. If you missed that, it’s right here. So Part 1 was all about the gain, just the ugly numbers. Before I do Part 2, The Numbers Go Down, I want to highlight some of the health issues that came to light during the weight gain period.
Now I’m not talking peri-menopausal stuff, I will talk about that in Part 3. No, I mean three specific contributing factors that I talk about in the video below, that added to the puzzle of being fat, feeling fatigued, frumpy and grumpy.
