Verdict – yum yum yum. Yum with butter, yum with cheese, yum with peanut butter my husband just told me. Kids love them, I love them and the mister loves them. So a big THUMBS UP.
I have tried to make seed crackers before and they have never held. So this one is a STAR! The fact that it came out of a box is a blinking miracle. All pre-measured and sorted, literally just add water. You will want two baking trays and baking paper. Plus squish them thin is my advice. I used the recommended method of squishing down with another sheet of baking paper. Worked a treat.
So yummy, ate them straight from the tray with my cheese and lime and soda. Felt like I was in Sunday afternoon heaven. I love cheese and crackers. I wasn’t sure I could find a good keto / low carb cracker, but I have. It was the freshness that got me. You know you just can’t beat the make it and eat it scenario.
