Monte Carlos and Country Hospitality

Hello there. I want to share a lesson observed from my time out west. No matter where I went, no matter how remote, and I’m talking over five hours drive to the nearest Woolies or Coles, the women I visited were hospitable.

In the true sense of the word. Not staged, not contrived, but real. They made time for a chat, they put a kettle on, they offered me the comfy seat.

When there is no mobile phone coverage it’s a bit pointless checking your messages every five minutes.
